- Usage Data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages and machinery listings are viewed, for site improvement purposes. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

- To connect you with our regional machinery desk and authorized dealer/finance partners for the equipment you enquired about.
- To share pricing, EMI and loan pre-approval details relevant to your enquiry via phone or WhatsApp.
- To display your review (with your provided name and district) publicly on the relevant machinery's product page.
- To improve our website content, machinery catalog and user experience.
3. Sharing of Information
Enquiry details you submit (name, phone, district, machinery interest) are shared only with the authorized OEM dealers and financing/NBFC partners relevant to fulfilling your specific request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiry and review data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), with access restricted to authorized InfraDekho administrators only. Reasonable technical safeguards are in place to protect your data from unauthorized access.

You may request that we delete your enquiry or review data by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will action such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligations.
6. Cookies & Analytics
