1. Nature of Service

InfraDekho is a digital information and enquiry-referral platform for commercial heavy machinery (excavators, backhoe loaders, compactors, cranes and related equipment) and related financing options across South Maharashtra. We are not the manufacturer of any listed equipment; all brand names, logos and trademarks (JCB, Tata Hitachi, SANY, Volvo, CAT, Kubota, Komatsu, Mahindra, CASE, Hyundai, Bobcat, Ajax, ACE and others) belong to their respective original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

2. Pricing & Specifications

Prices, EMI figures, technical specifications and loan sanction percentages displayed on the Site are indicative and sourced from publicly available OEM data and dealer inputs. Actual on-road price, GST, financing terms and final specifications are subject to confirmation by the respective authorized dealer, bank or NBFC at the time of purchase, and may vary based on documentation, credit assessment and prevailing OEM pricing.

3. Financing & Loan Disclaimer

Any reference to "90% loan", "fast approval" or similar financing claims reflects typical historical outcomes for qualifying applicants and is not a guarantee of approval, amount, or interest rate for any specific individual. All financing is subject to the sole discretion, credit policy, underwriting and documentation requirements of the relevant bank/NBFC partner.

4. User Submissions

By submitting an enquiry, quotation request, or a contractor review, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to moderate, edit for clarity, or remove any submitted review that is abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to genuine equipment usage.

5. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness or availability of listed machinery, pricing or dealer inventory at any given time.

6. Limitation of Liability

InfraDekho, its operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on information published on the Site, or from any transaction concluded between you and a third-party dealer, bank or NBFC referred through the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, design and branding on this Site (excluding OEM trademarks and manufacturer imagery) is the property of InfraDekho and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction over any disputes arising from use of this Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
